My stay at Habita was quite the mixed bag. The hotel has a really cool vibe and is located in the stylish Polanco area, making it easy to explore great restaurants and cultural spots nearby. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, but noise from the street was a big distraction. Overall, I appreciated the comfortable rooms and tasty breakfast, but wished the upkeep was a bit better.

Rooms

I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was comfortable, but it felt a little dated. A few issues like a broken hairdryer and a window door that wouldn't close welcomed me, though they did replace the hairdryer quickly. The room itself lacked decor, feeling a bit sterile.
Service

The service was great, with the staff being super friendly and responsive. They even helped me out when I had a small mishap close to the hotel, showing care that went above and beyond my expectations.

The location is perfect in the Polanco neighborhood, with easy access to amazing bars, restaurants, and museums. I could stroll around with ease and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the area. Just a heads up though, the rooftop area was unavailable during my stay due to an event, which was a bummer.

I had a mixed experience at Habita in Mexico City. The location in Polanco was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and parks nearby. However, the noise from the construction next door really impacted my stay, making it hard to relax. The staff were generally responsive, but the room itself could definitely use some updating.

However, I was disappointed by the loud construction next door, making it hard to enjoy my room during the day. While the breakfast was tasty and the staff responsive, the dated room and poor service put a damper on my stay.
